Are you looking for a workshop for your conference, students, corporate training day, or other gathering of interested people? We run various game design workshops tailored to the size and focus of your group - get in touch to talk about what you’re looking for.
Some examples:
• For the Now Play This games festival in London, we did a half day game-jam style workshop for a small group of about 6 people who signed on the day. The focus was to come up with an escape room concept from scratch, create the story and puzzle ideas and paper prototype it.
• We have run ideation workshops for various companies ranging from large corporates to start-ups as both idea generation for further development and as team building days. This includes high-energy board game designing workshops, guiding the group through the stages of the design process with short talks on each ares intercut with quick fire tasks relevant to each stage as they come to it.
• For a private client, I co-ran a week long retreat where a group of colleagues from a non-creative background were taught the concepts of agile development processes, game design, puzzle design then set to design their own escape room to prototype stage by the end of the week.
